Ruihe Shares held branch and corporate section seminars of 2016 and 2015 year-end summary and commendation meeting

On 16th, 17th, and 18th of January 2016 , the branch and corporate section seminars of year 2016 of Ruihe Shares and 2015 year-end summary and commendation meeting have been held in the atrium of the 4th floor in Ruihe Building and multi-function conference room. The annual meeting contained the branch and corporate section seminars of year 2016 held on the 16th and 17th of January and the 2015 year-end summary and commendation meeting held on the 18th of January.

In the branch and corporate section seminars, several Deputy General Managers of the company section made profound summary on the achievements and the weak points of year 2015, and gave clear guidance on the general work of 2016. Due to the adjusted organizational structure of the company in 2016, it is imperative for the background service sector to enhance management and service concept, to improve their service, to establish and optimize the work flow system, to build and promote the professional platforms, and to provide a one-stop service for the forefront marketing departments including marketing companies, branches, corporate sections, etc.. Therefore, in the course of the meeting, all the branches and the Deputy General Managers engaged in positive interaction, spoke their minds, made suggestions, and put forward a lot of recommendations to enhance the company's management and service level.

In the morning of January 18^th at the year-end summary meeting, General Manager Zhibiao Ye made a speech title with "Adjust thinking to create advantages, focus on target and pursue implementation" as a work report on the achievement made by the company in 2015, made targeted deployment of the essential company work in 2016, and proposed the following work requirements: "to make full use of the company's own advantages, to create the image of 'transformation king' and 'BIPV king'", "to fully implement the ERP project management and control system, and use the information management platform, to improve project management and control capabilities", "encourage main materials of the projects be included into the centralized procurement and tender information platform, and gradually reduce the cost of the raw materials"and others. Later, Chairman Jieping Li strategically put forward the objectives of the company's important work in 2016, wishing that all the Ruihe people continue to follow the direction the dream indicated, make comprehensive innovation and development, and lead the work of Ruihe into a new surge of development.

In the commendation meeting of January 18^th, the company commended the advanced collectives, excellent managers, excellent staff, excellent corporate sections, outstanding suppliers, etc. of year 2015, and awarded them the certificates and prizes. The award-winning departments and personal representatives presented their winning speeches, indicating that they would continue to make persistent efforts to strive for better results, and make greater contribution for the company's development.

Through these branch and corporate section seminars and year-end summary and commendation meeting, the whole company have a new understanding of the strategy and goals of the company's overall development in 2016.
