In the afternoon of December 28th 2015, "The signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation of CMTC and Ruihe Shares" was held at the Atrium on the fourth floor of the Ruihe Building. Standing Committee of Luohu District and Propaganda Minister Ms. Shilei Liu, Chairman Jianfeng Wang of China Fengde Movie and TV Copyright Agency (hereinafter referred to as CMTC), a number of business leaders that have cooperation with Ruihe, as well as Chairman Jieping Li, General Manager Zhibiao Ye, other Deputy-General Managers and other leaders of Ruihe Shares have attended the signing ceremony.
Chairman Jianfeng Wang of CMTC said: "CMTC and Ruihe Shares have signed a strategic cooperation agreement and a construction agreement of the copyright industry building. The signing marks that 'the base and trading center of Chinese film copyright industry' project that CMTC has pursued for a long time has officially landed in Luohu", "Ruihe Shares is the first company to sign a cooperation agreement with us since our strategy of copyright industrialization", and he hoped "together with all strategic partners, to jointly build a Chinese film and television copyright industrial group that would lead to industrialization, internationalization, and innovation, adding new 'cultural glory' to Wutong Mount-the natural landmark of Shenzhen."
Chairman Jieping Li of Ruihe Shares made a welcoming remark at the signing ceremony: "Thanks for the attention Luohu District Government puts on the strategic cooperation between CMTC and Ruihe Shares, and thanks for the trust of the leaders of CMTC to handover the task of constructing the Wutong Mount film base to Ruihe." And he believed that "this partnership does not only complement each other with business advantages, but also provides a rare opportunity in the exchanges of corporate culture, personnel and other fields". Finally, he wished "the two parties achieve complete success in various field of cooperation."
As a witness, Standing Committee of Luohu District and Propaganda Minister Ms. Shilei Liu, highly appreciated the signing ceremony based on the active national policies for cultural industries. Chairman of both sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement and General Managers of both sides signed a general construction contract of the CMTC copyright industry building. The signing of the agreements has marked the official landing of the Chinese film copyright industry base project that had been prepared for nearly three years, and also has symbolized that CMTC and Ruihe Shares officially opened a splendid chapter in cooperation.
Project introduction: in the first phase, the digital production center, film and television production center, program trading center and international Maker center would be built in the industry base. And based on the mode of "Shenzhen Hollywood plus theatre", the industrialized production mode and market-oriented trading platform of the film and television drama would be introduced into the base, and through exploring the services of the right of television programs, the assessment, and factoring, supportive services of finance, marketing and human resources would be provided for the film and television producers through copyright pledging.
