“The spring has come back and everything begins to awake.” On February 5th 2015, the annual gala of year 2015 with the theme of “Good fortune and peaceful harmony” of Ruihe has been held at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. At this annual gala, the company has been honored to invite the Honorary President and Senior Consultant Mr. Tinggui Ma from China Building Decoration Association, President Mr. Gang Gao from Shenzhen Decoration Industry Association, Independent Director Mr. Chunxiang Feng of Ruihe and leaders from many partner companies, to join the staff of Ruihe and celebrate the new year.
The whole assembly has contained three parts – the annual summary of 2014, the award ceremony of 2014, and the new year celebration of 2015. During the summary meeting, all the executives of the company, representatives from central departments, branch offices, project departments have given a summary on the work progress of 2014 and made plans and deployment for the work of 2015.
General Manager Huiyi Xu has given a comprehensive report of the achievement in 2014 with the title of "Work together for development, take real action for new future". He has analyzed with depth the problem of the development process of the company and proposed effective and feasible solutions, and he has also proposed the general requirement for the company operation in 2015 that "to take initiative to understand the new mode of economic development, to meet the requirements of the new economic development, to work together and take real action to complete all the work in the new year". Later, Chairman Jieping Li of the company has strategically proposed the objectives and requirements of all the work of the company in 2015, required that all the work be done coherent with past and able to serve the future, as well as everyone should carry out his job with hard work as the owner of the company on the basis of making achievements. He has also encouraged Ruihe staff to fear no hardships, show courage to forge ahead, and make efforts to create a brilliant Ruihe.
During the awards ceremony, the company has commended the advanced group, excellent managers, excellent staff, excellent project managers, excellent company unit, quality projects, excellent teams, outstanding suppliers and so on of year 2014, and presented the winners with trophies, certificates and prizes. Representatives of the award-winning department and individual have made acceptance speeches, indicating that they would continue to make persistent efforts to strive for better results, and make greater contribution for the company's development.
The 2015 New Year Celebration has been held at the Meihua Hall of the Convention and Exhibition Center. President Mr. Gang Gao of the Shenzhen Decoration Industry Association has interpreted the development of the industry in the new economic mode in simple terms, and extended his new year wishes. Chairman Jieping Li of the company has given a warm and inspiring new year speech, confirming the achievements of the past year, and showing his trust that the company would achieve more excellent results with efforts from all the colleagues.
Subsequently, staff from different departments of Ruihe Shares have offered an entertaining show directed and performed by themselves, including dance, music, comedy, drama, martial arts and so on, which has been a great treat for the eyes. All the shows are lively in forms and innovative in content, fully demonstrated the unique corporate culture and charm of Ruihe and the vibrant spirit of Ruihe staff. All sorts of programs have set off various climax for the evening. The opening dance "Song for the prosperous year" has shown great spirit, solo dance "Iced Chrysanthemum" has been graceful, the comedy "Make a guess and wait for the pit" has made everyone laugh, guitar performance "Yiyo" has won a lot of applause, and the projector drama "My story " has shown unique creation.
Eventually, in the music of "Tomorrow will be better", the annual meeting has been successfully concluded.
