Regarding Ruihe moving to a new office building, I am sincerely pleased, and would like to offer my blessings for Ruihe. Relocation, means not only a comprehensive summary of the brilliant development of the past 23 years, but also means that Ruihe would set sail towards a new future, and make new successes.

15 years ago, when I first walked into Ruihe and got to know the head of Ruihe Mr. Jieping Li, I was deeply attracted by the unique corporate culture, and aggressive yet prudent development model.

For more than 10 years, I have witnessed the whole process of Ruihe starting from an ordinary decoration enterprise, and becoming a leading enterprise in the industry, and later successfully landing in the capital markets in 2011 and firmly standing in the first group of China building decoration industry. I am proud for China building decoration industry to have such outstanding enterprise like Ruihe.

From 1992 to the late 20th century, Ruihe started from baby steps and struggled forward without giving up. Through many challenging exploration, Ruihe made great efforts to find the path for corporate development.

The first decade of this century, has been when Ruihe made use of his profound knowledge and stepped into the fast lane of development. Under the strategic guideline of "focusing on the major business to become strong and powerful", Ruihe has achieved the strategic objectives of meeting the international standards, and become a decoration enterprise that has obtained the three certificates of international quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. Advanced management concepts, and scientific management system, have not only won national awards for the large number of "Ruihe Constructed" projects (those projects are like the shining stars in the sky), but also have kept Ruihe at Top 10 of the Top 100 list.

In 2011, with the starting point of successfully landing in capital market of A-share, Ruihe took the advantage of listing and soared with its business. The implementation of equity investment in "Building Decoration Materials Processing Project, Design and R&D Center Project, and Enterprise Information Technology Project", has enabled Ruihe to form a new pattern of extending both the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. Meanwhile, Ruihe has accelerated the pace of expansion, and significantly improved the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise, and brand influence.

How does Ruihe manage to become the industry leader in 23 years? In my opinion, the success and long-term development of an enterprise is inseparable from the nourishment of enterprise culture. The unique corporate culture has played an essential role in Ruihe’s leapfrog development.

The industry typically interprets the two characters of Ruihe as "Auspicious atmosphere, and smooth process". The interpretation has indicated a beautiful aspiration and expectations.

Here, I would like to make an alternative interpretation connecting the two characters of Ruihe, the name of my old friend Jieping Li and the corporate culture of Ruihe, as a way to for entertainment.

Another explanation of the character “Rui” is "as integrity as a jade", which is "integrity". I believe that integrity is the foundation of the Ruihe corporate culture. Because, from the establishment, Ruihe has prioritized integrity, in order to gain a firm foothold in the market. Because of integrity, Ruihe has won the trust of customers, formed a harmonious relationship with the customers, formed long-term strategic partnerships with Evergrande, Wanda Group, Boneng, Jiayu Group, Ping An Bank, etc., and signed corporate strategic cooperation agreements with Country Garden, Oriental Ginza, China Resources land, Shanghai Great Town, etc., and gained the continuous pursuit from new and old customers. Similarly, because of the integrity, Ruihe can gather a high-quality team of employees, and attract a number of partners willing to follow it to fight on many fronts. Since its foundation, Ruihe has made integrity the foundation of business and the base of corporate culture, so it has created a harmonious environment for the internal and external development, and form the "auspicious atmosphere" for today.

Another interpretation of the character "He" is that the world would be harmonious when everyone enjoys a good harvest. Ruihe, as a player in the market, is willing to use the profit created “to ensure all staff enjoy happy life, shareholders are content, investors are willing to buy the stocks, and Ruihe become the flagship brand in the industry” and make the above a business development vision, which reflects the social responsibility Ruihe shoulders.

I have known Chairman Jieping Li for a long time, and forged a profound The corporate culture of an enterprise, is always inextricably linked with the ideas and behavior of the founders and key decision-makers, or in another way, that his ideas and behavior have become the corporate culture. The name of Chairman Jieping Li has the character of “Jie”, which means “in the middle of the two, or between the two”. “In the middle of the two" means not irritable, no left nor right, neither looking for quick successes nor stopping to improve itself, and neither anxious nor timid. It can also be understood as thinking in calmness, assessing the situation and making decisions according to actual facts. Doing everything without recklessness, which coincides with "stable". That is why the general policy of Ruihe is: “to seek success, goodness, and excellence in stable development”.

He is humble, frank, and good at learning. He is an entrepreneur who follows the trend and has great foresight. He is a dutiful son at home, and a respectable master in the company. Started from the bottom of the construction enterprises, making unremitting efforts, after more than twenty years, he has realized the successful transformation beginning from an ordinary worker of construction enterprises, to a private entrepreneur, to an outstanding entrepreneurs and becoming the head of a listed company. Now, Jieping Li is the vice president of the China Building Decoration Association and the Shenzhen Building Decoration Association. It is safe to say that Jieping Li himself is a wonderful legend in the tide of China's reform and opening history.

Here I would also like to say a few words to the publisher of the internal journal of “Ruihe People” which is very popular among the staff. Internal journal of an enterprise is the external manifestation of corporate culture, is an effective platform for internal communication from top to bottom, and is an important carrier helping to spread the brand culture, which of course, carries the important mission of the dissemination of corporate culture and fostering the spirit of enterprise.

I wish that all the staff of "Ruihe People" would work hard to serve for the overall development of Ruihe, and produce more quality works. (I wish the journal) would become a corporate culture carrier that all internal staff enjoy, and an important window to display Ruihe brand, and recommend Ruihe’s successful experience to the whole industry. May it become a quality industry publication that matches the status of Ruihe Shares in the industry as early as possible.
