On October 16th, the 2015 “Shenzhen China Decoration Cup” basketball games organized by Shenzhen Decoration Industry officially began. 32 teams have participated in the basketball games for the champion. With the careful guidance of the leaders of the industry association, the attention of the leaders of the company, the vigorous encouragement by all staff and the meticulous logistical services provided by the corporate offices, after a month of fierce competition, the Men’s Basketball Team of Ruihe Shares won all the 7 matches including the 3 group matches, matches of top 16 advance into final 8, matches of final 8 into semi-finals, semi-final game and the final game, and with this impressive record, it won the champion of “Shenzhen China Decoration Cup” basketball game. Ruihe Shares has won competitions against teams of CSC, Guang’an Firefighting, Lijie Decoration, Zhonghang Decoration, Anxing Decoration, Grandland Decoration, and China-Canada-Japan Co. Ltd., surmounting numerous difficulties, and displaying the spirits of Ruihe. The matches have been startling and exciting, and the results have been thrilling. Ruihe has shown no fear facing the strong competitors, and it has bored the hope in mind to win. With the united power of the team, it finally won the champion after beating all the opponents.

Group matches:

The team of Ruihe Shares has been assigned to Group E, with rival teams including China Smart Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CSC"), Shenzhen Guang’an Firefighting & Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guang’an Firefighting") and Shenzhen Lijie Decoration Design Company (referred to as "Lijie Decoration").

Although "the cool autumn has come with osmanthus fragrance", the mid-October in Shenzhen was still hot with the ongoing of "Shenzhen China Decoration Cup". All the basketball games have been in full swing in Shenzhen City Stadium. On October 17th, 18th and 24th, teams in each group were engaged in fierce team competitions. The team of Ruihe have matched against CSC, Guang’an Firefighting and Lijie Decoration orderly and won three straight victories, marking a perfect opening in the game.

(1) At 2: 00-3: 00 pm of October 17^th, Ruihe team was matching against CSC. Although our team was newly formed, the team's offense and defense has taken shape after a systematic training. At the beginning of the game, Ruihe Shares got an early initiative in the game with “10:0” by a wave of defensive and offensive, and fast-break, and later, the team maintained the lead in the game and got the first battle victory of 40:13.

(2) At 2: 00-3: 00 pm of October 18^th, Ruihe team matched against Guang’an Firefighting. The hot afternoon could not stop Ruihe’s ambition of winning, and coupled with the victory from October 17th, the players’ desire to score was ignited. With the good performance of the offensive players and the strict defensive of the defensive players, the team has acted as the slogan "Ruihe Shares has the strength to move mountains and rivers", and with this spirit, the team eventually set the match scoreboard to 39:10 and won the game.

(3) At 2: 00-3: 00 pm of October 24^th, Ruihe team was facing Lijie Decoration who had also won two straight victories. Both teams were good at defense and offense, and they could not find a breakthrough to score for a long time. As the game progressed, both sides scored in turn, and the match was filled with tension. It was a very tight match with both teams being equally good. During the intermission, the score was 13:12, with Ruihe team being 1 point ahead, which showed that the two sides were evenly matched. From the beginning of the second half, under the tactical arrangements by the team captain, the basketball team of Ruihe found opportunities to attack by active running, successfully slowed down the rhythm of the opponent's defense, and got scores both internally and externally. Finally, the team won the match by 29:20, and with this small advantage, the team advanced into the next round of match as No. 1 in the group.

The knockout of Top 16 advanced into final 8:

“To Know thyself and your enemy, and you can fight hundreds of battles with no danger of defeat.” According to the inspection before the match, the key player of the team of Zhonghang Decoration was No. 12. Ruihe Shares would use the tactics of having two players to keep an eye on him and stop their opponents from scoring, so as to control the pace of the game. Ruihe has also planned to couple with the tactics of focusing on fighting internally plus strong aggressive defense.

At the beginning of the game, due to the problem with the court, both teams have lacked of enough warming-up time, resulting in a slow match at the first section, both sides have been hardly able to get in the state. However, under the guidance of the coach, Ruihe team has continued to display their defensive strength and adjust their offensive rhythm, consuming the energy of No. 12 of the opponent team successfully, and sending him to the bench at an early stage. From the beginning of the second section, Ruihe has firmly controlled the pace of the match, and finally the team has won the victory by the big score difference of 45:17, and successfully advanced into the final 8.

The knockout of final 8 into semi-finals:

As the matches progressed, we have arrived at the halfway. Among the final 8 teams, a lot of black horses have emerged. Some of the teams that the media has spoken optimistically about have failed. But it would be undeniable that each team in the final 8 has their own advantages. At this round of the match, Ruihe Shares would play against Anxing Decoration, and both teams would fight for the champion. At 2: 00-3: 00 pm of October 30^th, two teams like two tigers trapped in one mountain, performed a thrilling and fantastic basketball feast for the audience.

The members of Anxing Decoration have the average height of 180cm, including three players over 185cm tall and the powerful center about 2 meters tall. Facing the opponents’ strong attack from the inside and precise offense from the outside, Ruihe athletes have shown even higher spirits, containing the opponents’ rhythm through active moving, using defensive strike together with 3-point attack from outside, combing offense and defense, and trying hard to score. Anxing Decoration was once a few points ahead of Ruihe Shares, but our athletes didn’t give up, they kept trying and equalized the score, and finally took the lead in the score. As the time passed, the scores were getting higher in turn for both sides. At the last half minute of the fourth quarter of the game, Ruihe team surpassed the opponents with a 3-point score and set the final score at 43:41. During the last 30 seconds, all the supporters of Ruihe have held their breath and prayed silently for the time to pass. As the final whistle blew, all the audience cheered with joy. Ruihe won the game! Some players have even shed tears of excitement. It was true, Ruihe advanced to the semi-finals.

Semi-finals:

Has it been the twist of fate, or God's plan? Ruihe has met Grandland Decoration at the semifinal. These two listed companies within the industry, have competition against and cooperation with each other in the aspect of business; additionally, both basketball teams have engaged in many friendly matches before and both teams have been evenly matched with equal wins and loss. Therefore, in this big basketball game at 10: 00-11: 00 am of October 31^st, both teams have been accumulating their strength, devoted to win this "tough game."

Since Ruihe team has known Grandland Men’s Basketball Team very well, when facing this team with averagely strong strength, players of Ruihe Shares have followed the tactical arrangements of the coach, and made an all-out effort for the match. From the beginning, both teams have shown no mercy to each other. Through active defense and snatching rebounds to find the opponents' mistakes, the match has fallen into a stalemate situation. During a competition, strength is not the only thing that matters, morale and mentality also count. Fortunately, the main players of Ruihe broke the opponent's defensive line with quick passing, and by a wave of rapid attacks setting the score to 6:0, obtaining the initiative of the game. The second quarter has witnessed the tug of war, both sides have been aroused by the game, winning points quickly with a close offense under the basket, or a 3-point fight back. Due to the tactical arrangement, the advantages of the moving attack of the two Point Guards of Ruihe team played an important role, widening the score difference between the two sides. At halftime, Ruihe has got more than 20 points ahead of Grandland, making the match less exciting for the audience. Finally, Ruihe won the game with a big score advantage of 56:31, advancing into the final match with "the strength that could move mountains and rivers".

The Final:

After three weeks, the basketball game has finally come to the final. To everyone’s surprise, one of the two teams that made it to the final was a dark horse, which was Nonfemet International (China-Canada-Japan) Aluminium Co., Ltd. (China-Canada-Japan Co. Ltd. for short). Faced with this dark horse, which focused on its teamwork and had salient individual ability, Ruihe still aims its target at the “champion”.

November 1^st has brought in a breeze and sent away the heat of October in Shenzhen, and the basketball court of Shenzhen Stadium that day has been crowded with cheering. Anyone inside the court would be forced to mobile all his emotion and emerge into the agitated crowd. As "Art of War" has pointed out: "a skillful commander manages to make the best use of the situation". It is the imposing manner that defeats the enemy without fighting them. As a result, Chairman Jieping Li, Executive General Manager Huiyi Xu, General Manager Zhibiao Ye and other leaders, all the Ruihe staff, and cheerleading team have come to the court to encourage the basketball athletes of Ruihe.

As the opening whistle blew, the "war" began to burn up. Fighting for the tournament championship, both players have been on fire since the beginning of the game, presenting the exciting duel of offense and defense, speed and strength. During the first quarter, China-Canada-Japan Co., Ltd. frequently scored by precise pitching and ensured its strong offensive efficiency by offensive rebounds. However, Ruihe Shares showed no sign of fear, as it used the “triangle tactic”. Through fast attack and precise steals, it continued to expand the score difference. As time passed by, by halftime break, Ruihe was 20 points ahead. But the opponent had caught up in the third quarter. Even though they were behind in score but their morale was high, and they have even beaten Ruihe with 6:0 at one point of the fourth quarter. Ruihe team managed to withstand the opponent's counterattack momentum, and remained the leading state of the game, and finally it won the game with score of 58:48, and was made the champion of "Shenzhen China Decoration Cup".

Honors:

The Basketball Team of Ruihe Shares has won the champion of the “2015 Shenzhen China Decoration Cup” basketball games organized by Shenzhen Decoration Industry. Ruihe staff Mr. Dayan Ye has been awarded with the honorary title of "Mr. Basketball", Mr. Shijie Wu has been awarded the honorary title of "Best Cinematography Award", and Mr. Mengyu Li has won the honorary title of "Best Correspondent".

Conclusion:

Winning the champion of the “2015 Shenzhen China Decoration Cup” basketball games organized by Shenzhen Decoration Industry, has been the result of the hard work of the players, the care from the company leaders shown to the players and their attention to the events, and the guidance and support from the leadership of the Association provided to Ruihe. In the basketball court, not only the players’ active movements could be seen, but also the caring faces of all Ruihe staff. Great gratitude goes to every Ruihe people who has cheered for the athletes, to the supportive and caring families of Ruihe employees, and to every friend who cares about the development of Ruihe.
